Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. See our Terms of Service for additional details.

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

Returns are not accepted for the following:

• Used or opened products
• Gift cards
• Downloadable content or digital items
• Perishables and items marked as final sale
• Opened personal care or health products

3. How to Request a Return

To begin the return process, please contact our team or email [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting images.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

5. Damaged or Faulty Products

If you received a damaged or defective product, notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra charge. Visit our Shipping Policy for more information.

6. Exchanges

We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us for assistance with exchanges.

7. Refunds Not Received

If your refund has not been posted, check your bank and credit card provider. If the issue persists, please reach out for support.
