Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. See our Terms of Service for additional details.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
If you received a damaged or defective product, notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra charge. Visit our Shipping Policy for more information.
We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us for assistance with exchanges.
